Insufficient Podiatry Services in Hounslow

Our Chief executive Officer Colin Stacey has raised the issue of there being insufficient availability of appointments for people with diabetes to see a podiatrist in Hounslow.

He originally raised the issue with NHS Hounslow in 2009.  Extra resources are yet to have been commissioned by the Primary Care Trust.

NHS Hounslow were looking into our waiting times for appointments and the level of trained staff.

NHS Hounslow were to compare the services offered by our service provider who is the Hounslow & Richmong Community Healthcare Alliance with that of Services available in other boroughs to establish whether they were providing a comparable service to those other Boroughs.
