X-Pert Course.  www.xpert-diabetes.org.uk.
Hounslow PCT is now running the “X-Pert” Course. This is a structured patient education programme for people with Type 2 diabetes.  It is intended to increase our self-management skills, knowledge and confidence in managing our diabetes.
